Hubert Fischnaller, Gardena’s Restaurant head chef, and his staff will prepare light dishes and menus for connoisseurs, and always with exacting care and professional skill. You can choose from a wide variety of dishes consisting of Mediterranean, Italian, regional, international and vegetarian specialities. “We use only the best products and ingredients,” states Hubert Fischnaller, who knows how to satisfy his guests. “The quality of any culinary creation always starts from the quality of its ingredients: that’s why we use fresh regional products whenever possible and cook them so as to maintain all their nutritive properties.”
