TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • PRICES
    Prices are in EUR per person, with a two-person minimum occupancy per room, including breakfast, the “Gardena Special” services and all taxes. A tourist tax will be added to the rates shown: € 2.50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day payable on departure. We reserve the right to adjust our prices to compensate for any increases in V.A.T. No reimbursements will be made for unused services. Our prices vary according to the room and suite categories, the actual availability and the season. This flexible price system rewards early bookers.
  • SURCHARGES
    Surcharge for half-board accommodations: € 45.00 per person per day. From 07.12.2023 € 55.00 per person per day. Comfort/Superior room or Suite used as a single: 80% surcharge.
  • DISCOUNTS
    For the 3rd bed in a Comfort/Superior room or Suite: 30% discount. Discounts will be applied to children sleeping in an additional bed in the same room or suite with two full-paying persons. The Special Advance Reservation Discount and the Special Offer for Return Guests are applied only to reservations booked in advance with the Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel.
  • ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
    On the day of arrival, rooms will be available around 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12 noon. We will charge 100% of the entire reservation period for late arrivals or early departures. We suggest our travel cancellation coverage.
  • RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
    Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit. Please send us the deposit by bank transfer or credit card within 3 days from the booking date. If no deposit is received within such time, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
    For reservations cancelled up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged. For cancellations from 20 to 4 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reserved stay will be charged. For cancellations made 3 days or less in advance, and in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price of the reserved stay will be charged.
  • TRAVEL CANCELLATION COVERAGE
    To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel cancellation coverage.
  • PACKAGES AND OFFERS
    Packages and offers are per person and must be booked with the Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel in advance. Packages and offers cannot be booked through third parties. Prices are per person. The services included in the packages cannot be changed nor can they be refunded if they are not used by guests.
  • PAYMENT METHODS
    We accept cash (up to € 4999), American Express, Diners, Visa, Euro / Mastercard and UnionPay.
  • BEAUTY FARM
    For information about beauty and wellness packages as well as various individual treatments, baths and massages, ask for our detailed beauty brochure. We strongly suggest that you reserve specific treatments and schedules when booking your room. Guests will be billed for any treatment appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the reserved date and time.
  • PETS
    We’re sorry but pets are not allowed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Covid-19 Informations
  • BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL – LET US KNOW YOUR PREFERENCES
    We kindly ask you to let us know if you have any preferences for your stay and if there is anything else we can do to guarantee your safety and overall well-being.
  • WHEN ENTERING ITALY - PLEASE NOTE
    Detailed information can be found under the link of the Italian Ministry of Health or the link of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • ACCESS TO THE HOTEL
    As from May 1, 2022 the EU Green Pass is no longer mandatory. Therefore you will no longer have to show your EU COVID Digital Certificate in order to access our Hotel. Masks are no longer compulsory, but remain strongly recommended indoors.
  • FFP2 MASKS
    Until Wednesday 15 June 2022 FFP2 masks continue to be compulsory on short- and long-distance public transport. Face masks remain mandatory also in the following settings: indoor public performances held in theatres, concert halls, entertainment and live music venues, as well as indoor sports events and competitions.
  • WELL-TRAINED STAFF
    Our staff is being given on-going training on the latest rigorous hygiene and safety measures, and employees strictly follow the rules established for all areas of the hotel. All staff members wear masks that cover the nose and mouth, their temperatures are taken regularly, and they all adhere to rules for maintaining safe distances.
  • ROOMS AND SUITES ARE PERFECTLY SANITIZED
    The highest level hygiene standards are a must for us. All rooms and suites are thoroughly cleaned, aired out, and disinfected with special cleaning products before each new guest arrives. We use natural, ecological products with antibacterial, antiviral properties. Upon request, sheets and towels can be changed daily. All linens are washed at high temperatures to guarantee they are properly sterilized. Regular cleaning as well as disinfecting measures have been increased and intensified for all areas of the hotel.
  • RESTAURANTS AND BAR − CULINARY DELIGHTS IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
    We’ve introduced measures for creating distance between the tables in the hotel restaurant, in the gourmet restaurant, and in the lounge and bar areas, to be in line with national and regional standards. We kindly ask that you reserve a table ahead of time and to understand that we can’t give you the same table each time. We can always deliver meals and drinks to your room (for an additional charge). All areas of the hotel have floor stands dispensing hand sanitizer.
  • A LIFT ALL FOR YOU
    We kindly ask you to use the lift alone or only with your family members or travel companions. The buttons in the lift are regularly disinfected.
  • SPA AND BEAUTY FARM: − GETTING IN SHAPE, GETTING YOUR ENERGY BACK
    We kindly ask you to keep a safe distance from others in the spa areas as well. All of the relaxation areas and the fitness zone have hand-sanitizer dispensers. Spa and wellness centre employees all wear personal protective equipment as required by law.
