To protect you from penalties in case of cancellation of your entire stay, we offer the possibility to subscribe to our GARDENA GARDENA TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROTECTION. The premium amounts to 9% of the total stay and must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

The GARDENA TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROTECTION covers the following cases:

cancellation due to illness of the guest who booked the stay or a direct family member, making it impossible to undertake the journey;
serious accident resulting in hospitalization of the guest or a direct family member.

In each case, a medical certificate must be provided to confirm the reason for cancellation.
The GARDENA GARDENA TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROTECTION covers cancellation of the entire stay and can also be applied in case of late arrival or early departure.
